sand dunes, etc...In 1997, JWOC was organized on the map of the first day. Simone Niggli- Luder won her first world titel here. The organisation asked Simone and Johan Modig (winner in the mens class) to tell something about there experiences from 1997. You can read it on their website.There will be a camping place near the event centre, and very close to the city centre of Lommel, where you can find (probably) lots of cafes, restaurants and shops...
