Easy.Lunedì pomeriggio: 43 CO al Bosco del Madean (TV). MAP. Allenamento tecnico su una carta datata (realizzazione 1991, scala 1:5000): un orienamento antico con pendenze anche accentuate e qualche situazione di problem solving per i cambi nella vegetazione. Old style.Martedì mattina: pista. 2 x 4000, rec. 600mt + 5 x 200, rec. 200mt con pioggia e vento. Frozen.Martedì pomeriggio: 79 CO a Refrontolo (TV). MAP. Tratte lunghe alternate ad aree con tanti punti da fare a sequenza libera nelle zone più intricate della carta. Lallenamento, progettato da Andrey Pruss, è stato fatto dai ragazzi della nazionale junior lo scorso fine…
