World Class Staff Appointment
British Orienteering would like to announce the appointment of Gareth Candy as the new Start and Junior Potential Manager with effect from the 23rd April. Gareth has most recently been the Head Coach and Executive Officer of Orienteering Australia.

very strong candidates for the positions. Gareths applied coaching degree and his orienteering administrative and coaching background make him ideal for the position. Appointing him to both positions adds continuity to the performer pathway. I am sure that he will bring a fresh perspective to the Start and Junior Potential Programmes. Gareth has a degree in Applied Coaching Science and is an Australian Level 2 Orienteering Coach.
