24 hours! We did a lot of long runs in groups which were really good and it was great to get away from work and concentrate on training and relaxing. The photos are all up in the photos section. We also ran/jogged a 10k race whilst we were there although i didnt race it, 3 hours of safari wasnt very good preparation but spotting animals was alot of fun. The impala are my favourite :)
