Vandaag heel rustig gaan loslopen. Gemiddelde HF 130. De benen gingen goed mee, het was plezant.Deze week staat er 58km op het programma, 2 snelheidstrainingen (2X 10km), 2 x loslopen (7km ,6Km), 1 wedstrijd (9km) en 1 lange duurloop (16km).
