Today we went orienteering in a beautiful forest near the city Halle (The Southern part of Belgium). The map was steep but you could run very fast, at some parts the forest had very high density. Our race was just terrible... I missed the first control for like 4 minutes…

and the third for 230. At the third control I stopped and told myself to stay concentrated (learned it from de Wiet)... After this I didnt made any more big mistakes, found the controls all very well, just another mistake of 30 at control 13, I started searching way too early. Lack of concentration... again.The race was 7.6km and I ran 5455. Adriaan had 63.Were really glad weve come to this competition cause in Flanders there was also one organised, but I dont like that map very much... And as we arrived at the competition centre (a nice small café)…
