Memory O-training in Castelvetro (Modena)
Per la serie le carte in regione dove non avevo mai corso stamattina è stata la volta di Castelvetro, paesino pre-collinare in provincia di Modena (20km da casa), mappato nel 2000 in scala 1:5000 ed equidistanza 5 metri.Come già detto un paio di settimane fa, in Febbraio non sarebbero state…

tante le possibilità di fare allenamento tecnico in carta, così ho cercato di ottimizzare le occasioni: lobiettivo del percorso è stato quello di capire quando, come e per quanto memorizzare le tratte successive durante lavanzamento in terreno misto (parco, centro storico e campagna).Qui il percorso completo (4,8km +110, 28 punti): qualche indecisione in alcuni punti spero che mi serviranno come esperienza in gara per non rischiare di memorizzare troppo, guardando invece la carta un po più spesso... :)Per chi volesse avvicinarsi allorienteering, larea di Castelvetro ospiterà una manifestazione promozionale il prossimo 18 Marzo.Per quanto riguarda la preparazione, anche questo mesociclo…
