and VVO (Flemish orienteering federation) will support us well. Saturday we had 2 very nice trainings on the map The Hechtelse Duinen, in the morning we had a long oro hydro. 2 Km to the start and finnish, the course itself was 7.5Km.In the afternoon we had 3 very short races. 3 times 2Km in very fast and difficult terrain. This training we did together with the Belgian senior elite orienteers, surprisingly the juniors could match them pretty well.
