Omdat er vandaag en morgen geen trainingen gepland waren had ik de training van dinsdag naar vandaag gezet (hoewel dit eigenlijk helemaal niet nodig was omdat het nu even nat was als dinsdag). 2.5Km loslopen, dan 10 keer 200m tegen 40 en 200m rustig (120) + 2.5km uitlopen. In totaal…

9Km. Ik had er weer niet veel zin in, maar eenmaal aan het lopen ging alles wel perfect, de benen zaten goe, ik kreeg het warm, alles wou mee... Nu zullen we tot zondagavond niets meer posten waarschijnlijk. Morgenavond direct na school vertrekken we al op stage.
