front of the Elite group on the 10*500m (//1’15” easy jog / pause). Best split was 1’22” and worst one was 1’28” on an average of 1’25” / 500m. On next days I tried to save energy and strength by running slowly on easy track in forest. Then I felt ready for this regional cross country champs. My goal was to run for a podium for the 5th year consecutively.
