Questa mattina allenamento nella carta CO di Cecina (LI); primo allenamento dellanno in carta: il feeling con la tecnica orientistica sembra comunque già buono e la voglia di gareggiare è tanta. Vi allego la cartina dellallenamento: qualche errore nel finale dovuto a stanchezza e a cambiamenti riguardanti soprattutto le vegetazioni…
