Puccini Marathon
Domenica 28 gennaio ho gareggiato alla Puccini Marathon, mezza maratona (quindi 21,097 Km)corsa su un percorso pianeggiante a Torre del Lago, tra Pisa e Viareggio (LU), con passaggi allinterno del Parco di Migliarino - San Rossore - Massaciuccoli e in riva al mare. ritmi e per testare la resistenza psicologica alla fatica, visto il percorso particolarmente noioso e rettilineo. Partito forte (rispetto ai miei ritmi attuali...), sono passato ai 5 Km con una media di 328 al Km, dopodichè ho dovuto rallentare perchè volevo comunque finire la gara... Alla fine 7822, tempo superiore al mio personale che cercherò di migliorare alla mezza maratona di Ferrara il 18 febbraio. Ho deciso di utilizzare le molte gare podistiche competitive e non competitive che ci sono qui in Toscana (una scelta di 3-4 gare ogni domenica!) per effettuare gli allenamenti di corti veloci, medi e lunghi…
