niveau volume, le ski semblait alors un bon compromis pour allier la neige et l?entrainement.Vendredi donc a été lancé ce training camp spécial ski, et voilà les rendez vous chez geourjon qui s?enchainent.Samedi, double séance , le temps n?est pas au mieux, le brouillard s?est appuyé largement sur la montagne et quelquefois le vent promène la neige sur les skieurs. Tous se sont habillés pour affronter les températures( -8 °C)Au détour de la piste une longue , (pour certains périlleuse) descente s?annonce. tous en ligne, départ en masse C?est partiiiiiiiiiiiiiii. ??????
