Estonia :) ... The Alternativet & OO course planning contest 2006 is finished. Tuomo Mäkelä, Finland, won the competition and will receive a free license of OCAD 9 as well as free starting entries to OO.cup/2006. When evaluating the courses Tuomo`s entry immediatly cought my eye. The evaluated files heve been sent to me as annonymous and I was really wondering whether this person has already competed in Slovenian terrain. Looking at those courses it was my impression that "the contestant No. 11" really "felt" the terrain of tonah, Mala in Velika Planina and Rakitna. The places 2-4 are as…
