O-training at the seaside (with video)
Ieri ho approfittato di un paio di impegni mattutini ai confini con la Romagna per andare a Lido di Dante (riviera ravennate) a fare un allenamento tecnico nella Pineta Ramazzotti, unarea costiera cartografata da Vittorio Ercolani qualche anno fa ma in cui non avevo ancora corso.Purtroppo i cambi nelle vegetazioni…

e lungo il tratto di spiaggia in alcune aree sono stati notevoli, ma tutto sommato il percorso di ieri è stato utile per la generalizzazione e la rilocalizzazione, avendo dovuto cambiare spesso la scelta in corsa a causa delle modifiche sul terreno non riportate sulla mappa.Dei 30 punti previsti a tavolino sono riuscito a raggiungerne 28 (a sinistra la mappa con quelli effettivamente fatti).Con lallenamento di ieri è terminato il 3° mesociclo di carico dove ho cercato di inserire un buon numero di allenamenti tecnici (11), visto che in Febbraio non so quanto mi sarà possibile andare in carta.Scaricabile qui…
