Leonardo da Vinci: la gara!
Questa mattina ho concluso una gara podistica di 14,5 Km con 170 m di dislivello, con partenza, passaggio e arrivo nella piccola Vinci (FI), paesino natale del grande inventore Leonardo. Gara collinare, tempo metereologico ideale (continuano le alte temperature decisamente fuori stagione...) e altissima affluenza di atleti: probabilmente almeno mille…

La mia condizione fisica non è propriamente buona, comunque alla fine mi sono difeso bene soprattutto grazie alle impegnative salite presenti sul percorso: alla fine 5522 e posizione attorno alla 53esima piazza (seguiranno eventuali aggiornamenti). Presente anche latleta dellIKP di Prato Gianluca Salvioni che, nonostante un dolore al ginocchio causato da una caduta la scorsa settimana durante lallenamento in carta alle Pizzorne, è riuscito comunque a concludere la sua fatica con il ritmo che si era imposto. La media al Km alla fine, senza contare il dislivello (170 m), è stata di 349; non mi posso…
