Dura solo mezz`ora la qualificazione di Michele per la gara Long. Svuotato dalla febbre dei giorni scorsi, capisce subito che la sua velocità nel bosco è ben lontana da quella necessaria per ottenere l`accesso alla finale di domani, e preferisce non caricare oltre il fisico già in difficoltà . imprevisti delle ultime settimane non hanno dato tregua al campione di Transacqua; un periodo veramente sfortunato per lui, preceduto da altri piccoli segnali che lo avevano costretto a saltare il test sulla mezza prima e l`esordio sulla maratona poi. Ora il suo allenatore Antonio Baccega dovrà certamente riadattare il programma di allenamento per superare questo momento di difficoltà .
