favourite interval training units, the "Binary Session" with 1x4-2x2-4x1-8x30-16x15, which corresponds to 20 high-intensity training! And its very entertaining! :-) Im very much looking forward to the new running goals in 2019! --- Mein Wintertraining läuft bisher sehr gut! Ich habe bereits einige schöne Langlaufeinheiten genossen. Langlauf ist wahrscheinlich das beste Alternativ-Training aller Zeiten. Das Haupttrainingsvolumen und die Intensitätseinheiten mache ich jedoch nach wie vor zu Fuss.
