Tomorrow morning this years World Cup starts in Turkey with a middle distance qualification. The 30 best runners will go to the A-final saturday and I hope to be amoung those runners. It has been a while since I have run such an important race so Im really looking forward…

to see what kind of shape Im in physically and technically. The terrain is very stony and the visibility in some areas is very low. I got some good experiences from todays modelevent which was in the northern part of the embargo so Im feeling ready to do a good technical race tomorrow. You can follow the race here
